Ben was very professional, flexible, and responsive to our requests both leading up to the wedding and the day itself.. We wanted mainly candid photos of our wedding reception and Ben took some wonderful photos of our guests (and us) mingling, dancing, and having fun. Although I had initially said we didn't want any formal photos, during the cocktail reception Ben sensed we actually did want some formal shots and did a nice job of getting those photos without making us seem posed. We only used Pictus photography for the party as we had a separate ceremony, so I can't comment on ceremony photos, but we were very happy with our reception photos! Ben was also very patient in helping to put together the album when I kept changing my mind on the photos and placement. Once I decided on the photos and format, the turn-around time for getting the album was very quick. It was a pleasure working with Ben and I recommend using him- he provides a great service at a good value.

What can I say about Ben! I LOVED every photo, as did my entire wedding party, guests and friends/ family that were unable to attend! Not only did he meet my expectations, he exceeded them! My fiance and I are not typically "picture people" but Ben made us feel incredibly comfortable in front of the camera. He was very flexible from the moment we met him. We changed our start time for taking pictures about 5 times during the planning process and Ben had no problems with any of it. He arrived very early to our venue on the day of the wedding, and my family, fiance and I had so much fun taking the pictures with him. He did a great job directing everyone and keeping on top of our timeline for the day. He was able to get our picture galleries up on his website very quickly and shortly after that we had a flashdrive with all of our pictures delivered in the mail.
